Directions
Adult and children over 6 years of age, add one headed tablespoon of psyllium husk powder (approx. 6 grams) to a glass of water or fruit juice, stir vigorously until mixed and drink immediately. Can be increased up to 3 tablespoons (approx. 18 grams) if required. Take daily preferably between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
