Glucosamine is found mainly in joints and connective tissue and is essential for cartilage maintenance and repair. It helps sustain joint mobility, suppleness and elasticity of tendons,
ligaments and connective tissue. HealthAid uses pharmaceutical grade Glucosamine, stabilised with potassium chloride (2KCl), with added Vitamin C and Calcium to help increase absorption, assimilation and benefit.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily, preferably in the evening with food. Can be increased to two tablets daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
